This policy covers Phoenix Seon's author website and Letters from the Dark: New releases, bonus scenes, and beautiful trouble—sent sparingly.
Newsletter signup information
When signups are enabled and you choose to join, your email address, your consent, and the page address from which you sign up are submitted to Blossom, the newsletter processor, to administer Phoenix Seon's newsletter. Query strings and fragments are stripped from the source page address before submission. This site's form does not request your name or collect or retain raw IP addresses in application-held signup data. A hidden website field helps the signup service identify automated submissions.
The site checks current signup availability with Blossom. When Blossom reports that signups are disabled or unavailable, the form remains closed. This website does not send newsletter emails directly; delivery is managed through Blossom and its configured email service when enabled.

Not collecting raw IP addresses in this app's signup data does not mean that no service processes IP addresses. Hosting-level logging or measurement may depend on deployment settings; this policy does not guarantee that hosting is free of such processing. The author website does not currently include advertising pixels or author-configured analytics tools.
